The classes are tailored to your fitness level and modifications are given.
You will be given a membership number with a link to set up a monthly payment to BoxHer. This means you can come to any class. You will also be invited to a private page and WhatsApp thread so you can keep up to date on all the latest news and classes.
Mostly women over 30 but age 18 plus are welcome.
Yes of course! You will be placed in a group of ladies who are learning the fundamentals. You can then progress to advanced as you improve your skills. We will support you all the way !
Your coaches are Jess a Menopause coaching specialist, level 3 qualified personal trainer and Hatton Boxing for fitness Fundamentals and advanced instructor.
Colleen Vanderbom is a level 2 Gym instructor and Fundamentals and Advanced Hatton for boxing coach.
You will be asked to complete a Physical Readiness Questionnaire. If you answer ‘yes’ to any of the questions we will request that you visit your GP for clearance before starting the class.
