The Burger Truck
Born in 2020, our burger truck was built on one big idea: Do smashed burgers, and do them properly.
Every Wednesday and Thursday we are based at Brolly Brewing in Horsham one of most amazing taprooms in Sussex. With 12 keg lines and 4 cask pumps, you can sample an extensive range of Brolly beers, as well as guest breweries too.
What’s a smashed burger? It starts with a ball of high-quality beef, smashed hard onto a ripping-hot grill. That’s where the magic happens — something called the Maillard reaction.
It’s not science class, but here’s the deal: when beef hits that heat, the natural sugars and proteins caramelise, creating those legendary crispy, golden-brown edges. That’s where all the deep, rich, crave-worthy flavour lives. Inside? Still juicy. Outside? All crunch and sizzle.
